With Knight Out Catering, we’re here to bring flavor and hospitality to all kinds of events across the Dallas-Fort Worth area—whether you’re planning a corporate event, a wedding, a birthday celebration, or a relaxed gathering at home. From large fiestas, and festivals to unique venues, our friendly and experienced team is ready to help you create an event that’s not only unforgettable experience but also seriously delicious!
What’s on the Menu:
Tacos de Trompo – A guaranteed crowd-pleaser that brings a “Wow” factor to any occasion! We offer several Trompo options, including Traditional Pork, Chicken, and Arrachera (beef). Our team sets up on-site, serves your guests at the scheduled time, and keeps the service going.
Discada – A fan favorite! This northern Mexican dish features a mix of five meats and five veggies, all grilled together on a traditional plow disc. It’s a slow-cooked meal (about 4 hours, depending on quantity), and we bring it ready to serve—whether as tacos or plated.
To lock in your date, we recommend booking early—especially between September and December or on high-demand weekends. If you're working on a tight timeline, don’t worry—we’ll do our best to make it happen.
